The global Cisco BT event was held across four countries Europe, Asia and The USA.The brief from creative production agency Purple Group was to provide both a dynamic visual solution and a means of interactive engagement between delegates and partners.
TVC came up with the creative solution of customised virtual reality game, incorporating Cisco branding and a customised multiplayer scoring system.
Bespoke scent machines were also used to create scent triggers within the VR experience to further enhance the players sensory engagement.
For the visual side, TVC deployed a 2mm LED Video Wall powered by Dataton Watchout and a customised iPad app to allow the client to switch between visuals, branding and a live video feed from a wireless roaming link in the venue.
